Please note purchases made before the 24th of December can be returned after the first week of January.

Don't worry if it does not fit or you dont like it.

Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. The merchandise must be returned new, unused, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.

Returns for refund

If you are not happy with the goods you have been supplied, or they do not meet your requirements you can returns the goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund excluding postage. We advise customers to send parcels recorded delivery.

Returns for exchange

If you are not happy with the goods you have received (i.e. wrong size or colour) and would like to exchange the items you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. There is a #3.00 postage charge for exchanges.

If you receive damaged goods we advise customers to call our shop on 01204 412762. When returning the item please include a cover note. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt.

If you have an item that is or appears faulty please call us for advice on 01204 412762 and we will try and resolve the problem. Faulty goods must be returned within a 28 day period with a cover note explaining the problem. We advise all customers to send parcels recorded delivery when returning items to us.
